Pastors Dave and Felicia was married on May 21st, 1983. God gave Ministry Of Reconciliation A New Dimension to Pastor Dave in a Vision during a time of prayer and fasting. God birthed the Ministry in Pastor Dave spirit. The Ministry was established in November of 2001.
